DHATHRI NEELIBHRINGADI OIL REVIEW

    Have a great year ahead.I feel like the year had started few days back, but the year have passed and we are on the last day of the year. Today am going to share my opinions about dhathri neelibhringadi oil. From the name dhathri neelibhringadi keram, we can know that it is hair oil based on bringaraj(false daisy) and neeli(indigo). Keram is nothing but oil that has coconut oil as base oil.When i went to nearby supermarket for buying some skin care products, i came across this oil. I have heared many praising neelibhringadi oil and so i thought to give it a try.

The reason to avoid store bought shampoos is that they are loaded with synthetic detergents though they claim to be herbal. The effects of synthetic detergents are known to us, they strip natural oil from our hair and leave our hair dry and it leads to hair breakage, dandruff and itchy scalp.     I know am not at all regular in posting but i try my level best to post regularly. Am a hair freak and  I always wanted grow my hair long. I always believe that herbal remedies are far better than chemical filled products. I always spend my time surfing about hair. I have wavy dry, frizzy unmanageable hair and so I always look for DIY that help to improve my hair texture. Earlier I don't read much about hair, i used to prepare some DIY mask and after washing my hair I feel that DIY is not working and I use chemical filled products hoping that it will make my hair manageable.

Now a days am hooked to herbal products and now my hair is far better than it used to be, my hair never felt this manageable and soft before.  Today am going to share my DIY that works like a charm for my extremely unmanageable hair. My hair never been manageable besides using many high end brand products, but this pack helped me to a great extent in improving my hair texture. The picture above was taken after using this hair pack for 1st time and my hair is better in the picture because my hair used to be dry like Sahara(ready VERY DRY). But now my hair is even more manageable with frequent use of DIY pack.

    Am back with another diy for skin care. By reading title many might think that the face pack will make you fair. If you expect fairness then you are wrong, dusky skin with glow and free from scars is far better than fair skin with scars and dullness. I mostly rely on herbal products for my skin and hair care products. I believe that herbal products give us healthy skin and hair in long run. I used a popular brand shampoo for sometime and it gave me a good dandruff , hair fall,split ends and dryness . My doctor said that the reason behind my hair problems was due a chemical that was present in the shampoo and my friend who used shampoo with same chemical had same experience. We spend our money on many store bought chemical products that gives only temporary result.It was a horrible phase of my life and decided to use herbal products for my hair and when i started to use herbal products, gradually the problems were solved and now my hair is better than before. From that incident i try to use all herbal products. OK i think i spoke more about my problem now coming to the face pack, it has got all natural ingredients and yields best results when used regularly.     I was busy with my exams for few days and so i was not that regular in posting but hereafter i will be regular in posting. While i was  checking a beauty forum i came to know that many girls are concerned about their tanned hands. There are many methods to remove tan from face but that methods won't suit hands and legs since the skin at face is more soft when compared to skin at hand and legs and so we need something extra in order to remove tan from hand and leg.
   Always try to use natural remedies to treat your skin.Try to avoid  store bought bleaches since it may harm your skin.From my experience i feel that natural remedies are far more better than store bought products. HOMEMADE VIRGIN COCONUT OIL PREPARATION-DIY

     Happy Saturday to all.Now a days am obsessed with natural alternatives. I am always look out for DIY especially for my hair products. Out of such interest I made my homemade oil which works good for me. Now i ran out of my homemade oil and due to weather i couldn't prepare oil since it needs sunlight. Then i substituted with some store bought coconut oil but the oil was not absorbed by the scalp since it is thick and i came to know that the oil is adulterated and as usual i found for alternate solution and i came to procedure of coconut oil preparation.
    There are many oil preparation of oils. What i am going to share with you all is extraction of oil by heat. In few days I will try virgin (or) cold pressed oil preparation at home and share it with you all.

TIPS TO GET RID OF ACNE AND PIMPLES

Hey readers!!! after doing some posts on hair care today am here to share some tips to avoid acne and pimples. I am prone to pimples frequently and so i always look out for ways to avoid pimples. So lets move on to the tips to avoid pimples and acne.
Avoid milk:
    Some may be affected by pimples due to hormone changes in their body. Some studies shows that the hormone in cow's milk may cause changes in human body and cause acne. So don't drink milk if u suffer from pimples after drinking milk.

ONE MONTH CARROT CHALLENGE

    In my previous posts i shared about hair care with you all. Today i came with 1 month carrot challenge. Somewhere i read about carrot challenge and i thought to give it a try. Carrot challenge is nothing but eating carrot daily for 1 or 2 months and note down the results.
    I thought to start the carrot challenge from today. I am going to eat 2 carrots daily, in this challenge i am going include eating 1 or 2 gooseberry daily in addition to carrots.
